Refund policy

Upon receipt of the information on termination of the contract of sale, the Seller shall contact the Buyer no later than 3 business days after receiving the information and agree on all details: how the goods will be returned and how the money will be refunded to the Buyer.
Returned Goods must be undamaged, unadulterated in appearance, consumable and must not be used. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with the same set as received by the Buyer, with proof of purchase.
In all cases the money shall not be refunded to the Buyer for those Goods which have been intentionally or negligently damaged by water, high temperature, sharp objects or the like.
If the Goods are not delivered to the Buyer which he has ordered within the time frame specified in Shipping policy, the Buyer shall inform the Seller thereof not later than within 3 (three) business days, and the Buyer undertakes to replace them with suitable Goods.
